Booking & Availability

If your requested session date is unavailable, JAM Media will provide alternative options. If no alternatives are suitable for your schedule, we will issue a full deposit refund.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email at contact@canwejam.com or confirmed by text at 305-665-9878.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session: No fee
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows (arriving more than 20 minutes late): 50% session fee retained

Arrival & Punctuality

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving 10-20 minutes late may experience shortened session time to accommodate subsequent bookings, and a $50 late fee will apply.

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and 50% of the total session fee will be retained.

Session Conduct

JAM Media reserves the right to cancel any session due to uncooperative behavior, hostility, or inappropriate conduct by the client.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. All rescheduling is subject to availability and granted at JAM Media's discretion.

Weather & Force Majeure

JAM Media is not liable for weather conditions or environmental factors affecting outdoor sessions. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, emergencies, or acts of God. Alternative indoor locations or rescheduling will be offered when possible.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered digitally within 10 business days of your session date. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Image Selection

Clients will review and select their preferred images from the session gallery provided. Selection deadlines will be communicated with gallery delivery.

Usage Rights

JAM Media retains rights to use session images for promotional, portfolio, and commercial purposes unless otherwise requested. Clients may request private sessions by notifying us at the time of booking to restrict promotional use.

Client Rights

All clients receive full usage rights to their purchased images for personal use. Commercial usage rights can be discussed and licensed separately.
